On the conglomerate as a queryable brand surface.

Project Atlas

Project Atlas was the internal codename for the work to turn twelve business units into a single brand surface for AI-powered intelligence. The first deliverable was the brand architecture; the second was the queryable layer that made the architecture machine-readable.

Why it matters

A conglomerate is only as queryable as the brand architecture underneath it. Without the architecture, the AI work is a search problem — and the search returns the wrong answer. With the architecture, the AI work is a knowledge problem — and the answer is grounded.

  • A brand architecture designed for machine query, not just human review
  • A governance layer that tracks every claim back to a source
  • An evaluation framework that tests the AI against the brand baseline
